Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Licensed Educational Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist

I have served in education for over a decade in various roles including early intervention specialist, instructional assistant, professor assistant, school psychologist, and university adjunct faculty member. I highly enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge, which I have the privilege of doing in my current roles at the California School for the Blind and California State University, East Bay. Teaching graduate courses (including psychoeducational report writing, cognitive and developmental assessment, advanced school psychology service delivery, and crisis in schools and mental health settings) keeps me up-to-date on best practices. I have been honored to provide trainings and webinars for local, state, national, and international audiences along with my superb colleagues. Supporting meaningful growth, self-advocacy, and mental wellbeing are some of my areas of interest. My articles in the CASP Today and CTEBVI Journal focused on supporting the mental health of students with visual impairments.

"Self-knowledge is no guarantee of happiness, but it is on the side of happiness and can supply the courage to fight for it."

Hello there! I'm 5 years old and a mini-master of mindfulness, being fully present in the here and now. Luckily, meditating and sleeping look really similar. If I'm snoring, I'm just helping to enhance the white noise machine sounds. I accept treats and pets for payment.
